Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the HR email inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
  • Provide HR advice to line managers and employees on a range of HR-related topics.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing job offers.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct background screening and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in Italian is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer:

In return for your skills and experience, you will receive a competitive hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £35,000 - £40,000.
