Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the HR email inbox and respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
- Provide HR advice to line managers and employees on a range of HR-related topics.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing job offers.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in Italian is desirable but not essential.
In return for your skills and experience, you will receive a competitive hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £35,000 - £40,000.
