HR Advisor Role

Our client, a dynamic and growing organization with a presence in the UK and Ireland, is seeking an HR Advisor to join their busy HR team. The role is hybrid, with a mix of remote and office work, allowing for a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR generalist support across the UK and Ireland, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Partner with managers and employees to offer guidance on HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
  • Lead and support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and managing the offer process.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries, conducting investigations and advising on appropriate actions.
  • Support the performance review and development processes, providing guidance to managers on best practices.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures across the UK and Ireland.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring all data is up to date and in compliance with GDPR.
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and well-being programmes.
About the Role:
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role, ideally within a multi-site or international environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
