Global HR Coordination Expert

This role is responsible for coordinating all resources and documentation to fulfill the HR Integration plan for acquired companies. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a proven track record of managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience of working within a HR position, coordinator level or above, and have a strong understanding of HR systems and processes. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Post-Acquisition Coordination: Coordinate initial post-acquisition tasks and documentation, including supporting and championing the HR onboarding process for newly acquired employees.
- Data Management: Manage data and perform basic security and RTW checks for acquired employees, and maintain HR, Payroll, and Talent discovery documentation.
- Integration Planning: Develop and implement HR integration plans, obtaining specific data for the HR team to support discovery and integration tasks.
- Gap Analysis and Communication: Conduct initial gap analysis of policies and processes to inform the integration plan and changes for newly acquired employees, and communicate these findings to stakeholders.
- HR Integration Plan Updates: Maintain and update the HR integration plan, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress and any changes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working within a HR position, coordinator level or above.
- Experience of managing projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
