Senior HR Benefits Specialist for Global Operations

The HR Benefits Specialist role at Global Banking School involves the administration of employee benefits schemes, ensuring their effective operation in coordination with our payroll team. This position requires a strong understanding of relevant HR Policies and the ability to administer day-to-day operations of the company's benefits schemes, including holiday buy and sell, health insurance, and other welfare benefits.
Key responsibilities include providing assistance with data and compliance audits, as well as escalating any issues with benefits claims promptly. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, is required, along with computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HRIS systems.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
