Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Global HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Lewis Row Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects within the team as well as wider HR projects when required. This includes carrying out and leading on cyclical HR projects/tasks, working in conjunction with the wider HR team globally to ensure best practice, and managing relevant processes and resources including budget management.

Responsibilities:
* Lead projects within the team and wider HR projects when required
* Carry out and lead on cyclical HR projects/tasks
* Work in conjunction with the wider HR team globally to ensure best practice
* Manage relevant processes and resources including budget management

Requirements:
* A deep understanding of the business to ensure optimum solutions
* Ability to approach solutions laterally to ensure a joined up approach to Business Services and Fee Earning
* Responsible for quality output of work for the line of business which includes signing off letters and documentation
* Interested in and upskilled in external HR thought leadership

Benefits:
* Competitive salary range £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
