Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Global HR Operations to lead our Shared Services function in the Northern Hemisphere. This role involves overseeing various HR administrative and operational services, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality support across the organization.

This is a highly visible role within the company, interacting with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders across multiple countries.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and service improvement in a global, matrixed organization. They will possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and be proficient in relevant MS Office applications, as well as HR technology platforms.

About the Role

The Head of Global HR Operations will be responsible for leading the HR Shared Services function in the Northern Hemisphere, ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality HR support across the organization.

This role involves overseeing various HR administrative and operational services, including payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, and HR systems.

The successful candidate will manage & develop a high-performing regional Shared Services team to achieve HR Shared Services goals and objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role will also involve collaborating with senior HR leaders to ensure the Shared Services function supports broader HR initiatives and strategies.

The Head of Global HR Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing the regional HR Shared Services strategy in partnership and alignment with the global HR organization's goals and business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the regional HR Shared Services strategy in partnership and alignment with the global HR organization's goals and business objectives.
- Manage & develop a high-performing regional Shared Services team to achieve HR Shared Services goals and objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with senior HR leaders to ensure the Shared Services function supports broader HR initiatives and strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role leading shared services or a similar function, with a track record of driving operational excellence and service improvement; ideally in a global, matrixed organization.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
