KMK HR Solutions are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Payroll Benefits Specialist to join their London team on an interim 6-month contract. Our client is a leading global FMCG brand with operations across the UK.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, they will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to our clients' cutting-edge systems and technology.

About the Role:

This dynamic role requires an experienced Payroll Specialist who can lead on the integration of Workday and Safeguard, ensuring seamless payroll processing and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and running monthly payroll support across the UK business
  • Ensuring starters, leavers, and holiday pay are calculated and inputted correctly
  • Assisting with maternity, paternity, and holiday figures
  • Staying up-to-date with payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in payroll management, preferably with experience in integrating payroll systems with Workday
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
