  • Ensure new joiners are set up for success and have a positive pre-employment experience.
  • Collate and provide relevant employee information for payroll purposes.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including probationary periods.
  • Drive improvements across all our people processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized individual with impeccable accuracy.
