We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at proSapient. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our payroll processes and ensuring that our employees have a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR and payroll queries, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure new joiners are set up for success and have a positive pre-employment experience.
- Collate and provide relevant employee information for payroll purposes.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including probationary periods.
- Drive improvements across all our people processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in payroll administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-organized individual with impeccable accuracy.
