Job Overview

NBCUniversal is seeking a dedicated HR Project Management Coordinator to join our dynamic International HR team. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution of various HR initiatives aimed at enhancing our workforce strategy and achieving business goals while delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the broader team.

As part of a collaborative and supportive environment, you will engage with the International HR team, reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager. Your contributions will be essential in promoting our employee engagement strategies and ensuring a uniform approach throughout the organization.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to expand their project management expertise within the HR sector, gaining insights into a diverse array of HR functions and participating in various HR projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring and executing a variety of HR projects, including initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Provide necessary support to fellow members of the global HR team.
  • Organize and transition confidential HR documents to a designated digital platform.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop standardized communication templates for future use.
  • Manage the HR communication inbox.
  • Take an active role in organizing and delivering employee engagement activities across the organization.
  • Promote NBCUniversal's employee engagement programs and actively participate in the DEI Taskforce.
  • Assist in documenting discussions during various HR meetings.
  • Support employee lifecycle events, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and separations.
  • Maintain and update the employee database and other HR systems accurately.
Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required

  • Prior experience in an HR setting is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and manage new processes and project outcomes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of grammar.
  • Excellent digital skills, including proficiency in coordinating meetings through digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to effectively summarize key points from meetings, emphasizing important topics and organizing information clearly.
  • Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of management and staff, including senior executives.
  • Methodical and organized approach to work with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adopt a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Punctual and capable of managing time efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to gather and analyze information accurately.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines.
