Position Overview

Company and Role Summary –

The Graduate Project is a prominent organization dedicated to fostering educational opportunities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating existing employment frameworks across various sites, implementing essential HR protocols to form new teams. Your responsibilities will include managing financial aspects, leading recruitment initiatives, and overseeing team development. Furthermore, you will facilitate the change management process in partnership with senior HR leadership.

This is an exciting fixed-term opportunity where you can significantly influence and drive transformative change. Join The Graduate Project and play a vital role in our commitment to enhancing educational support.

Key Responsibilities –

  • Work collaboratively with HR professionals to determine necessary HR and employment law protocols for the new organizational structure.
  • Create and manage a timeline for the execution of required HR and legal processes.
  • Implement and oversee all essential HR and legal employment procedures to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage and coordinate any financial arrangements related to the establishment of the new structure.
  • Post-implementation, hand over responsibilities and relevant information to designated colleagues for ongoing management and monitoring.

Qualifications –

  • Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
  • Proven experience in leading transformational change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders on complex and sensitive projects, including engagement with senior staff.
  • Established track record of collaborating effectively with colleagues and volunteers.
