Job Overview

NBCUniversal is seeking a skilled HR Project Management Coordinator to join our dynamic International HR team. This role is essential in supporting the execution of various HR initiatives aimed at enhancing our workforce strategy and achieving business goals while providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the team.

As part of a collaborative and welcoming environment, you will work closely with the HR team to promote our people-focused agenda and ensure a unified approach throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring and executing a variety of HR initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion projects.
  • Provide necessary support to colleagues within the global HR team.
  • Organize and transition confidential HR documents to a secure digital platform.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop standardized communication templates for future use.
  • Manage the HR communication inbox efficiently.
  • Take an active role in planning and executing employee engagement activities across the organization.
  • Support and promote employee engagement initiatives and participate in the DEI Taskforce.
  • Assist in documenting key points during various HR meetings.
  • Support employee lifecycle events, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain and update the employee database and other HR systems accurately.
Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required

  • Prior experience in an HR setting is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage new processes and project outcomes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of grammar.
  • Excellent digital proficiency, including the ability to coordinate meetings via digital platforms and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong skills in summarizing meeting discussions, emphasizing key points and organizing information effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of colleagues, including senior management.
  • Methodical and organized approach to work with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated punctuality and effective time management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy in information handling.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines.
