Job Overview

NBCUniversal is seeking a skilled HR Project Management Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is designed to assist the International HR team in executing various projects that align with our people-focused strategies and business goals, while also providing essential administrative support to the broader HR team.

As part of a collaborative and welcoming environment, you will work closely with the International News Group HR team, reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager. Your contributions will be vital in promoting our people initiatives and ensuring a unified approach throughout the organization.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their project management capabilities within the HR sector, gaining valuable experience across a diverse array of HR functions and participating in various HR projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring and executing a variety of HR projects, including initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Provide support to other members of the global HR team as required.
  • Organize and transfer confidential HR documents to a secure SharePoint site.
  • Support general HR administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop standardized communication templates for future use.
  • Manage the HR inbox effectively.
  • Take an active role in planning and executing employee engagement events across the organization.
  • Promote NBCUniversal's employee engagement programs and actively participate in the DEI Taskforce.
  • Assist with note-taking during various HR meetings.
  • Support employee life-cycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain and update the employee database and other HR systems accurately.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an HR setting is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage new processes and project outcomes.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of grammar.
  • Excellent digital skills, including proficiency in coordinating meetings via digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to succinctly summarize key points from meetings, emphasizing important topics and organizing information effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate with a diverse range of management and staff, including at the executive level.
  • Methodical and organized approach to work, with a keen attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
  • Strong prioritization skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctual and adept at managing time efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to gather and analyze information accurately.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
