ER Specialist

They are looking for an ER Specialist to join a great team. You will get involved with a variety of casework, advisory, policy and project work and helping to shape the organisation's behaviours and culture. You will be advising, supporting and coaching the business and HR stakeholders with performance management, dispute resolution, disciplinaries and grievances. You will be managing key stakeholder relationships, supporting training materials on ER services, identifying opportunities for improvement and getting involved in ad hoc projects. This is a key role, ensuring the relationship with the firm and its employees is managed appropriately, underpinned by clear standards and relevant employment law. This is a really varied, diverse, challenging and exciting role

Skills & Experience

You must have experience as an ER Manager within Professional Services or Financial ServicesWill also consider HRBP's who have extensive ER experience and want to specialiseYou will demonstrate experience in supporting change management and identifying operational riskYou will be used to dealing with a wide range of ER issues and providing training solution recommendations You will have extensive knowledge of employment law
