A very unique ER role is now available with a Financial Services organisation based in central London. The organisation has >3000 employees largely based in their London Head Office but a significant portion are also based remotely.

The ER Specialist role works with HR business partners and people managers across the organisation, building and maintaining strong relationships, as a trusted advisor coaching and supporting them in dealing with ER issues and ensuring their people are appropriately supported. The role contributes to the achievement of a better dynamic employee engagement across the organisation, promotes a positive employee relations culture to ensure fair employment practices and enforce corporate rules and culture.

We are actively looking for candidates who have experience of employment law outside of the UK, specifically in the EU such as Germany, France, Spain etc. The reason for this is that the business in question operate a different set of employment laws. That said all backgrounds will be considered.

As this is a Financial Services organisation then their first preference will be to receive applications from candidates that have Financial Services experience however other corporate backgrounds will be considered as well. Candidates must have a proven background as an ER practitioner, be credible, commercially aware, risk focused and well organised with a high standard or written documentation.
