Employee Relations Specialist

About Babylon: We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to contribute to our mission of enhancing workplace dynamics and fostering a positive organizational culture. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our employee relations strategies to ensure alignment with our core values and operational goals.
- Provide expert advice and support to management on employee relations issues.
- Oversee and manage cases across various sectors of the organization, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance evaluations.
- Create and implement resources for effective employee relations management and conduct training sessions to encourage best practices.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders while maintaining precise records for analytical purposes.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and generate reports on employee relations trends.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in employee relations.
- Proven experience in managing intricate cases up to tribunal level.
- Capability to manage a substantial caseload in a dynamic environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment law and policy execution.
- Experience with collective consultations and interpreting new legislation.
Desirable Qualifications:
- CIPD certification or equivalent.
- Qualification in employment law.
