Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with managers to identify people-related needs and challenges, offering strategic HR solutions.
  • Performance Impact: Drive measurable improvements in attrition rates, engagement metrics, and overall employee performance.
  • Initiative Execution: Design and implement key projects within the people strategy, working both independently and alongside the broader People team.
  • Program Administration: Oversee company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews and engagement assessments.
  • Compensation Management: Benchmark and manage competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Resource Planning: Collaborate with senior management and the Talent team to maintain effective resource allocation.
  • Data Reporting: Regularly compile and analyze key HR metrics.
  • HR Tools Optimization: Enhance the understanding and utilization of HR tools among managers and teams.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Ensure high standards in HR documentation and employee records.

Employee Relations:

  • Provide guidance on complex ER cases, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies and policies.
  • Conduct investigations and advise on disciplinary actions and performance management.
  • Monitor ER trends, offering insights for improvement.
  • Coach managers on effective conflict resolution and ER practices.
