Employee Relations Specialist/Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist/Partner to join our team and work closely with our client to ensure that our employees are treated fairly and consistently, while minimizing risks to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to promote a positive ER culture
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures and grievances
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee relations skills
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to promote a positive ER culture

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations, preferably in a large organization
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
