Senior Employee Relations Specialist


At Your World Recruitment Ltd, we are in the process of establishing a premier Employee Relations (ER) team dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our users while we continue to expand.

You will collaborate closely with the People and Performance Business Partners, managers, and potentially other stakeholders to deliver insights and proactive strategies that propel the organization forward, ensuring we uphold our high-performance culture.


In addition, you will be instrumental in developing our employee capability policies and fostering a global perspective in all our initiatives.


Position Type:
Fixed Term Contract

Working Hours:
5 hours per week / Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Work Environment:
Office

Your responsibilities will include identifying and managing risks within the employee relations domain—recognizing, addressing, mitigating, and escalating issues as necessary.

  • Provide guidance, support, and training to line managers on all employee relations matters.
  • Cases will encompass, but are not limited to, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance evaluations, probationary periods, flexible work arrangements, and both short and long-term absences.
  • Develop essential tools to effectively enhance employee relations.
  • Assist in designing and delivering a comprehensive training program for employees at all levels on ER-related topics, including disciplinary procedures, capability assessments, bullying and harassment, discrimination, and sickness absence, utilizing personal experiences to contextualize issues, promote best practices, and elevate ER proficiency across the organization.
  • Cultivate relationships with key senior managers to foster positive employee relations throughout the company.
  • Maintain and manage a precise case log to provide valuable data to the organization.
  • Support the ER team in overseeing the global HR policy review, identifying legal risks or gaps, and using your initiative to help create global HR policies that are effective and scalable.
  • Generate ER data on trends and training needs.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to assess and coach on ER cases.
Experience in creating, revising, and implementing policies is essential.
