We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join our People Team at The London Clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Employee Relations team, ensuring the delivery of strategic and operational employee relations services. You will guide senior management through complex issues, driving employee engagement and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Employee Relations team to provide timely, expert advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Design and implement the overall Employee Relations strategy in alignment with The London Clinic's strategic objectives and values.
  • Oversee and provide direct support on the most complex and high-risk employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
  • Manage own case load with high volumes and varying levels of complexity, ensuring matters are handled efficiently, fairly, and consistently.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level and CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment policies and UK employment legislation.
  • Experience of coaching, advising, and influencing managers, with the ability to independently collaborate and influence Senior Management.
  • Able to balance legal risk with business benefit to ensure the best outcome is reached on employment-related issues.
  • Competent with data analysis and interpretation, and using MS Excel.
