Job Overview
Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Band 6 Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join its specialist ER team. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR knowledge and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
This exciting opportunity involves providing high-quality, comprehensive HR services to specific divisions/corporate functions. Key responsibilities include assisting/managing managers with employee relations issues, advising/staff on terms and conditions of employment/trust policies and procedures, and accurately entering data into systems/spreadsheets for reporting.

Key Skills & Qualifications
The successful applicant must hold a degree-level education/equivalent experience and CIPD Associate Membership (Level 5). Essential requirements also include up-to-date knowledge/understanding of relevant legislation/best practice in employment and experience working at an advisor level in a unionized organization with a large/diverse workforce. Proven ability to communicate effectively/appropriately with all grades of staff verbally/written is essential.

Compensation Package
The estimated salary range for this position is £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications/experience.
