Employee Relations Strategist

The Senior Global Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Addressing and resolving high-level and complex employee relations issues, including sensitive complaints, disputes, and grievances.
- Leading thorough and impartial investigations into serious employee complaints, including harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.
- Providing strategic advice to senior management on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and legal compliance.
The successful candidate will also develop and implement strategies to improve employee relations and foster a positive organisational culture.
They will oversee compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards across all operating markets.
In addition, they will analyse trends and data related to employee relations issues to identify root causes and track resolution effectiveness.
