We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Learning and Talent Development team as the Employee Development Strategist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the direction of our curriculum through planning, content design, teaching format, timing by level, instructional methods, etc.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in adult learning, instructional design, and training management, preferably in a professional services environment. They will also possess strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to travel to other offices.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Ability to guide L&D team members in managing the direction of the curriculum and work with them to ideate and deliver train-the-trainer support
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to plan and manage multiple competing priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas to senior stakeholders using visual tools such as PowerPoint
