About the Role
GTS Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Strategist to specialise in Group Risk and Healthcare benefits. In this role, you'll work with corporate clients to design, implement, and manage tailored benefits packages that enhance employee wellbeing and support organisational goals.
With a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry trends, you'll advise clients on best practices and recommend competitive and cost-effective benefits plans. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients at all levels, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and quality service.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record as an Employee Benefits Consultant, with specific knowledge of Group Risk and Healthcare. You'll be results-focused, highly organised, and able to thrive in a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to develop bespoke Group Risk and Healthcare solutions
- Oversee end-to-end client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and quality service
- Conduct detailed market research to recommend competitive and cost-effective benefits plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and expand services through consultative upselling
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends, advising clients on compliance and best practices
About the Salary
The salary for this role is up to £70,000 per annum, with an uncapped bonus structure offering a realistic OTE of £100,000.
