Job Description

The Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Strategist role will be responsible for designing, leading, and driving internal communications and engagement activities to foster a sense of belonging, purpose, and collective ambition across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy, annual plan, and execution schedule aligned with our organisational purpose, ambition, and strategy.
  • Identify and target key internal audiences and channels for communication, develop engaging content, and seek ways to continuously improve.
  • Collaborate with our Brand & Creative teams to create and deliver compelling content for internal channels and office spaces.
  • Lead all UK employee engagement activities, including proactive engagement survey management and affiliate action planning.
Requirements:
  • A track record in developing and delivering internal communication strategies for a global workforce, preferably at a corporate level in a large and matrixed global organisation.
  • Skills in setting appropriate measurement frameworks and metrics and using data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation and the ability to work collaboratively with many individuals and teams to gain their trust and support.
  • Strong business and commercial awareness and cultural understanding to build an internal comms strategy.

An attractive and competitive salary and benefits package, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
