Job Description:
Concordium is seeking a seasoned Community Engagement Strategist to spearhead our global community efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating vibrant, engaged communities across the world.

Responsibilities:
  • Build, grow, and manage Concordium's global community across social media, forums, and other platforms.
  • Create and execute community strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Serve as the voice of the community with the Concordium core team, ensuring feedback informs decision-making.
  • Organize and host community events, such as AMAs, webinars, and meetups, both online and in-person.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for community needs.
  • Monitor and report on community metrics to continuously improve strategies.

Requirements:
  • Strong interest & understanding of the Web 3 industry and the stakeholders involved.
  • 5+ years of experience in successfully building and leading remote teams across different timezones within the Web3 space.
  • Hands on experience managing communities on Reddit, Discord, Telegram & Twitter.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Demonstrable understanding of all social and community metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Prioritization: Passionate about building relationships and driving meaningful engagement.
