The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Internal Communications Strategist with creative flair to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact by playing a pivotal part in enhancing internal communication strategies and fostering a cohesive work environment. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead initiatives to deliver authentic internal communication to colleagues worldwide.

  • Developing engaging internal communications, including monthly colleague and manager updates.
  • Providing senior stakeholders with best practice Internal Communications guidance.
  • Delivering internal communications that inspire belief in the purpose and strategy of Smart Pension Ltd, finding innovative ways to connect company-wide initiatives across offices.
  • Handling internal communication response to crisis situations.
  • Organising and running annual events, such as Summer/Christmas party and the Smart Awards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing compelling content for internal communications.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop effective communication strategies.
  • Ensuring global communication dynamics, cultural sensitivity, and time zone considerations are addressed.
  • Familiarity with the financial services or pensions industry is advantageous.
