Role Overview

Reward Gateway is a global market leader in employee engagement and benefits solutions. As an Enterprise Employee Engagement Strategist, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales of complex HR technology solutions to multiple stakeholders
  • Working with an average 3-6 month sales cycle to achieve sales targets
  • Generating new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships
  • Managing a portfolio of Enterprise clients in partnership with the Client Success team

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent sales skills and experience of working in a consultative sales capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring and onboarding new business, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
