Key Responsibilities- Design and implement tailored benefits strategies for mid-market and enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring that our benefits offerings remain competitive and aligned with client needs
