We are currently seeking an exceptional Employee Benefits Strategist to join our team and lead our benefits initiatives across EMEA regions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage pension, benefits, and wellness programs, ensuring compliance and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Analyse benefit utilization and cost data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiencies.
  • Work closely with HR Operations and Payroll teams to streamline benefits administration.
Requirements:
  • Progressive experience in employee benefits, preferably in the UK, Switzerland, Ireland, Israel, UAE, and France.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement innovative benefits programs, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A highly competitive salary of £85,000 - £110,000 per annum.
