We are seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations and Operations Strategist to join our team at Civica UK Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HR professional to make a significant impact on our organisation.

About the Role

The Senior Employee Relations and Operations Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective employee relations strategies to support our business objectives and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best practices in employee relations.

The successful candidate will also have proven experience in managing complex employee relations cases, proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS), and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Strategy: Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to support Civica's business objectives and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
  • Case Management: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and workplace investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all employee relations practices comply with UK employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and advise senior management on necessary actions.
Benefits and Salary
