Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Employee & Industrial Relations Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee relations and manage performance issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Work with managers to address employee performance concerns, develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and guide involuntary termination processes.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide coaching and training to managers on performance management approaches aligned with company philosophy.
  • Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations, gather facts, apply relevant policies and laws, and prepare investigation reports.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the People Partner team to manage investigations, employee disciplinary issues, and performance management situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Law degree or graduate degree in labor/industrial relations desired.
  • 8+ years of experience in Employee Relations, with a focus on strategic partnerships in multiple European countries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advising and coaching managers on performance management.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages a plus.
