About the Role

">

We're seeking an experienced Senior People Operations Advisor to join our team in London on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our employee experience throughout the entire 'Wiser' journey.

This position will report to our EMEA ER Lead based in London and focus on creating continuous improvement within the team. You'll partner with your global team to recommend new approaches and changes in policy and procedures, co-creating solutions with a global and mass customisation outlook.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Independently own Employee Relations (ER) matters end-to-end within your dedicated business functions, supporting and advising Wisers and Leads through complex situations.">
  • Partner with People Advisors around the globe in cross-geographical ER cases, navigating complexity and flexibility with DEI and legal considerations.">
  • Analyse and identify data-driven trends to educate and advise our functions and the Senior Leadership team on business focus areas and better ER practices.">
  • Proactively keep up to date with local employment laws and working practices, sharing knowledge and collaborating with the Support subteam to ensure compliance and customer-centric advice.">
  • Review operational processes and identify improvements to help scale the impact of the People team without compromising the Wiser experience.">

  • Contribute strategic thinking towards bi-annual planning cycles, attending global review sessions, and collating data on team performance.">
  • Create continuous improvement within the team, partnering with your global team to recommend new approaches and changes in policy and procedures.">
  • Maximise advisory impact and partnership, collaborating with People Partners and senior stakeholders to share advisory data and trends.">

About You

  • ">
  • Strong HR experience, with previous experience in a HR Advisor/ER Specialist role, owning and advising on a range of ER matters end-to-end.">
  • Subject matter expert in employment law and ER advice, providing sound recommendations for policy and process changes.">
  • Strong growth mindset, resilient to and excited about change in a hyper-growth environment.">
  • Data driven, starting with data, facts, and insights to inform your approach.">
  • A heap of empathy and emotional intelligence, communicating effectively and inclusively.">

Salary Band: £58,000 - 75,000
