The Comprehensive Benefits Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering benefits and wellbeing strategies across Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful enhancements that align with global goals and local regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Deliver Benefits: Develop and maintain competitive benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies.
- Lead Vendor Processes: Manage annual renewals and vendor relationships to negotiate the best value. Support implementation projects and vendor transitions.
- Strategic Insights: Analyse utilisation and market trends to refine offerings, addressing gaps and aligning with business needs.
- Expert Support: Provide consultation to employees, HR teams, and leadership on benefits-related topics.
- Drive Engagement: Lead communication strategies to improve transparency, accessibility, and alignment with DEI goals.
- Proven experience in benefits design and management, with expertise in UK pensions and broader European benefits.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and handling confidential matters.
Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
