The Comprehensive Benefits Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering benefits and wellbeing strategies across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Benefits: Develop and maintain competitive benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies.
  • Lead Vendor Processes: Manage annual renewals and vendor relationships to negotiate the best value. Support implementation projects and vendor transitions.
  • Strategic Insights: Analyse utilisation and market trends to refine offerings, addressing gaps and aligning with business needs.
  • Expert Support: Provide consultation to employees, HR teams, and leadership on benefits-related topics.
  • Drive Engagement: Lead communication strategies to improve transparency, accessibility, and alignment with DEI goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in benefits design and management, with expertise in UK pensions and broader European benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and handling confidential matters.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
