Job Title: Talent Development Strategist

At Redefined Ltd, we are seeking a talented Talent Development Strategist to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires a unique blend of skills and experience. As a Talent Development Strategist, you will be responsible for implementing a transformative Early Career Programme that enables Diageo to build critical skills for the future. You will partner closely with key collaborators in each market, being accountable for the strategy and execution of the early careers programme. This includes ensuring consistency across preboarding, onboarding, Learning & Development, mentorship and Buddy programmes, rotational planning, and the assessment of graduate talent. The core result of this role is to implement a robust and structured Early Career Programme that accelerates the development of diverse talent while creating fulfilling employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with market stakeholders to design and implement effective apprenticeship programmes.
- Foster a strong pipeline of skilled talent by providing guidance and support throughout the graduate journey.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to manage graduates with performance concerns by offering strategies for improvement.

Requirements:
- A passion for early careers and experience in driving structured talent development programmes in close collaboration with multiple partners across complex regions and functions.
- Thought leadership in creating an outstanding Early Career Programme using external insights and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
