Job Title: Regional Talent Strategist

We are looking for a Regional Talent Strategist to drive success in our UK and Europe region. As a key member of our team, you will support the Director, Global Mobility, UK&E.

The estimated salary for this role is around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
  • Understand regional business talent strategy, execution plans, and challenges.
  • Support the management of immigration requirements for the region.
  • Provide global mobility and immigration subject matter expertise and training.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Demonstrable experience in global mobility and immigration advisory roles in the UK and Europe.
  • Strong project management capability.
  • Digitally savvy with a strong understanding of HR and mobility systems.
