Talent Development Strategist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced business manager to join our team as a Talent Development Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with training program design and delivery.
Estimated Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including travel opportunities, professional development support, and a collaborative work environment.
