About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Head of Talent Development Strategist to join our People Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive our talent and culture strategy, working closely with senior leaders and HR partners to pinpoint strategic talent and development needs.
Key Responsibilities
This role will offer strategic guidance and thought leadership in all areas of the people agenda, aiding ASOS in attracting, managing, and nurturing the right talent internally and externally. You will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive talent and performance strategy across the company, managing an annual schedule of activities focused on learning, and employee engagement.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in talent development and management, with experience in leading and delivering culture change globally.
- A proven track record of successful delivery through influence and strong relationship-building.
- The ability to engage with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and meaningful support to HR functions.
- A focus on allyship, network empowerment, and continued education and training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to promote a culture of trust, respect, and care across the business.
