Job Title: Talent Development Strategist

At The Stepstone Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Strategist to lead and manage our Talent Development initiatives. As a key member of our People Development department, you will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge Talent Development programs that drive organizational growth and enhance employee capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Talent Development strategies that align with our organizational goals
  • Lead and manage a team of Talent Development experts to deliver high-quality programs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Define and analyze relevant Talent Development KPIs to drive strategic actions
  • Present decision templates to top management to advance projects

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Psychology, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in management consultancy or a similarly dynamic company
  • Leadership experience in Talent Management/Learning & Development
  • Fluent English is essential, German is desirable, additional languages are an advantage
