We are seeking a Talent Strategist to join our team in London.
This role will involve working closely with senior leaders in our Technology, Data and Product organisation to develop and implement strategic plans for talent development and management.
You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on organisational design, leadership development, and people processes.
Your goal will be to help our senior leaders lead their business and teams through growth and change, fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a strategic HR role, working directly with senior-level leaders in technology, data or product.
They will be a forward-thinking relationship builder, coach and advisor, willing and confident to challenge the status quo or a people leader's approach.
A strong understanding of org design in a tech function is essential, as well as experience from a mid-large business with 1500+ employees.
An estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
