We are seeking a talented Emerging Talent Strategist to join our client's team and drive their early careers recruitment strategy across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This is a unique opportunity to shape talent acquisition for a dynamic global organisation and develop the next generation of professional talent through strategic recruitment programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies for emerging talent programs, including apprenticeships and industrial placements. You will also manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from attraction and marketing to final selection and onboarding.

The ideal candidate would be a dynamic professional who brings proven experience in recruitment, particularly in emerging talent or graduate recruitment. They should have a strong understanding of the EMEA talent acquisition landscape, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, project management capabilities, and a passion for building talent pipelines and enhancing employer branding.
