Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

We are recruiting an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team at Abbatt Dual Management. This role involves advising on and managing employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in managing restructures and redundancies, and confidently communicating with colleagues, employees, and clients. You will be leading on and advising on HR matters, working both autonomously and as part of a team.

About the Role

This role is perfect for individuals with extensive knowledge of employment law and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for supporting line managers with Employee Relations issues, conducting investigations, consultations, meetings, and appeals, working alongside employment lawyers.

You will also be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering training to new and existing candidates, conducting Risk Assessments, and managing H&S issues.

The estimated salary for this role is £52,250 per annum, based on location and industry standards.

Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law (relevant qualification useful but not essential).
  • Experience conducting in-person HR meetings with employees.
  • Commercial approach.
