About the role
 
We have an excellent opportunity to join our Team at Porsche Centre Glasgow as an Assistant Service Manager.
 
As Sytner Assistant Service Manager you will lead a fantastic Aftersales Team with a significant focus on delivering an outstanding experience for every Customer that visits our Centre. You will oversee our team of Service Advisors and also support our Service Manager with a wide range of responsibilities that will in turn drive retail hours and profitability within the Aftersales Department.
 
You will be an integral member of the Management Team and deliver only the very highest levels of Customer care while also possessing a great sense of attention to detail regarding the Departments processes and procedures. 
 
This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our Customers with the highest levels of service. 
 
About you
 
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential as well as strong technical knowledge. Ideally, you will have the ability to work in a high pressured environment and have fantastic leadership skills that can drive the Team to deliver the very best results on a daily basis. It is of paramount importance than you have fantastic communication skills as you will form relationships with our Customers and will have a direct working relationship with all of our Departments within the Business.
