Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the care shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each resident and their families.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and residents.
  • Experience in performance management and staff development.
  • Self-motivated with the resilience to handle challenges.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory standards and requirements.

Qualifications:

A minimum of SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or an equivalent qualification is required (this is essential for registration with the relevant regulatory body), or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
