We are recruiting for a Case Handler to work in On Hire team, where you would need to arrange the provision of credit hire, credit repair and credit recovery and storage services.


Core Business Hours:
From 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week)

  • Taking Instruction from clients to arrange a suitable booking in date for repairs and hire
  • Arranging urgent recovery of vehicles of safe storage
  • Managing a caseload and keep up to date on tasks by prioritising urgent instructions
  • Review defendant evidence to provide rebuttal Reponses to support the recovery of credit hire charges
  • Assessing the clients need for hire
  • Liaise with body shops to agree standard rates and make repair arrangements
