**Winn Group**, home to _Winn Solicitors, On Medical_ and _On Hire_, is a leading North East business providing nationwide accident management and rehabilitation services for victims of non-fault accidents.

We are looking for Case Handlers to join our On Hire team to process the repair or/and hire of vehicles for clients who have been involved in a road traffic accident which wasn’t their fault.

We offer 40 hours per week, and core business hours for this role are between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday.

- Taking Instruction from clients to arrange a suitable booking in date for repairs and hire
- Arranging urgent recovery of vehicles of safe storage
- Managing a caseload and keep up to date on tasks by prioritising urgent instructions
- Review defendant evidence to provide rebuttal Reponses to support the recovery of credit hire charges
- Assessing the clients need for hire
- Liaise with body shops to agree standard rates and make repair arrangements

**Person Specification**:

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Time Management and Organisation skills
- Experience of working towards deadlines and performance objectives
- Ability to work effectively within a team
