**Responsibilities**
- As a **Case Handler**, you will process the repair and/or hire of vehicles for clients who have been involved in a road traffic accident.
- Take instructions from clients to arrange a suitable booking in date for repairs and hire.
- Arrange urgent recovery of vehicles and the safe storage.
- Manage your own caseload.
- Manage a caseload and keep up to date on tasks by prioritising urgent instructions.
- Review defendant evidence to provide rebuttal responses to support the recovery of credit hire charges.
- Assess clients’ needs for hire vehicles.
- Liaise with body shops to agree standard rates and make repair arrangement.
- Being articulate, having a strong communication skill and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
