**Responsibilities**
- As a Claims Handler, you will handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.
- Looking after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to both customers and clients.
- Be articulate, have a strong communication skill set to handle complex claims, and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
- Working to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace, meaning taking ownership of your caseload is essential.

**What We Offer**
- **Competitive Base Salary** of £26,000 to £29,000. An excellent bonus earning potential (top performers earn an average of £500 bonus per month, plus overtime)

- Contact Centre Experience

- Insurance Sector experience
- Case management experience
- Prior knowledge of motor claims, liability, and litigation
