An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Sales Administrator working for an international market leader in its industry.

The role is fully office based reporting to the Sales and Purchasing Supervisor

Salary £26,250 basic per annum plus an annual bonus of up to £5,000 can be earnt depending on performance

Hours: 37.5 Hours pm Monday to Friday (fully office based)

Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays**
Benefits: free lunch & beverages bought in twice weekly

The role:

***We are looking for a confident and experienced sales account administrator to provide an exceptional level of customer support and outstanding level of service for our a key customer account. This position entails being the first line of support for the customer. Someone with Excel experience is necessary for this role due to the nature of the stock.

Key Account Administrator duties:

Arrange couriers/logistics, manage stock levels, raise purchase orders, provide pricing, stats and maintain stock lists, produce weekly report.
Superb customer service skills to build relationships with customers
Communicate with suppliers, Distributors, develop an understanding of the industry
Confident in speaking, motivated and resilient
Ability to use Microsoft Word, proficient with Excel as spreadsheets will be involved in this role.
Attention to detail, accurate data entry skills and highly numerate
Able to deal with ad-hoc requests
Work well as part of the team and independently
Experience in sales and account management preferred with 1-2 years experience in a similar role
