**Your role as Customer Service and Account Management Admin**:
- Processing all service bookings through to conclusion in line with SLA’s.
- Responding to all queries or requests in a timely manner and ensuring sufficient resolution, including but not limited to; missed collections, failed bin deliveries and queries over payments/invoicing.
- Maintaining customer records in the systems.
- Identifying areas for improvement in process and procedures.
- Overseeing the administration requirements on national accounts.
**Things we need from you**:
- Comfortable and competent with using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Customer service experience - both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various internal teams/departments.
- Basic waste management industry knowledge would be an advantage.
