Job Title: Business Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Account Manager to join our team, responsible for securing new business and managing existing relationships with key contractors in the high-rise market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the high-rise market and its requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new contractors and develop long-term relationships to secure future schemes.
- Manage and grow existing Symphony accounts with key contractors in the South of England, covering London and surrounding areas.
- Finalize specifications pre-tender and submit relevant information to internal departments for design and quotations.
- Present quotations and designs to contractors post-tender.
- Follow up with contractors to secure new works and develop relationships for future pipeline.
- Organize site setup meetings prior to handing over to the Project Management Team.
- Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and maximize market share.
- BUILD relationships with key customers and grow those accounts.
- Achieve turnover growth within existing and new accounts.
Requirements:
- Desire to build a career and succeed in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with computer literacy.
- Full UK driving license, with travel required within the area and throughout the UK.
- Relevant CSCS card, with training provided.
